BBL Done Not 360 Lipo Just the Flanks

Hi, I did a BBL a Year ago in New York City (Where I'm from). I went for my consultation and that same day I put down for the procedure the next week. (I was feenin lol) but if I knew what I knew now, I would of waited and done better research to really get what I wanted which is 360 Lipo with a BBL.
I like how I look now after the procedure but I'm not in love with it. My doctor made me look natural as possible which I like but my waist just isn't snatched as I would like (which is why 360 Lipo would of been better for my wants). I'm going to do another procedure after I have a kid next year but instead I'm looking for doctors in Miami. If you guys know some really good ones who can do breast augmentation and BBL comment below. (I went both procedures done the same time)
