Just try on clothes! Lol. I am very happy with my results. I am hoping the size and shape stays this way! Any post surgery tips and/or tricks I should know to keep everything looking good?! Please share! I feel like my arms and upper back are looking a little flabby. I need to get back to lifting..low weights and high reps to lean out...good or bad idea? Thoughts and opinions?

I have a shape and it's not square!!!! I know you can't see my behind in the picture but I was just so happy with the hourglass shape Dr. Schulman has given me!!! I'm loving it!!!
