I had my rhinoplasty done with Dr. Pearlman a little over 6 months ago, and I'm very happy with my results. I consulted with a few plastic and ENT facial plastic surgeons in New York City, and I felt that Dr Pearlman was the most professional and I felt most comfortable with him. The entire experience went better than I had imagined, from the consultation to the actual procedure and the recovery. He fixed what bothered me about my nose without going overboard and making my nose looks so different that I didn't look like myself and that people would notice. Literally NO ONE noticed that I had a rhinoplasty, which is exactly what I wanted. However, the bump at the top of my nose is gone, my nose is straight, and the huge tip is gone.
