Just logged in after some time...but it's been awhile. Now two years later...and I would not change my decision. I am now wearing a two piece. Beware of dieting. A tt doesn't mean u are off the hook. I am working out and it makes a difference. Actually wearing a two piece and loving it! Scar really has not faded and soreness still exists. Had some issues with increased fat on back but working out has helped. Gained and have lost. Below by ten Pounds from my weight at time of tt. Would love to revisit and do breasts...but I am happy. So that is what counts.

Eight month mark..

Have been working out past 3 months and see visible differences. Exercise is strengthening stomach muscles. Scar still feels tender and my stomach is hard at touch. Have numbness in certain areas. Keep reading about massaging which I have been doing to myself at night by pocket areas. The myth that you don't have to workout after ps is wrong. PS only defines that area....it doesn't fix your problem i area. Will post pics later

Made it to 11 weeks

Got to 11 weeks. Have started walking for 20 minutes and some light exercise. Have very busy schedule with kids and full time job so exercising can be tough. Still have a lot of tightness. Today felt very tight. Still have some swelling but no more girdles! Haven't worn them in two weeks. Still loving having the tummy tuck. See such a difference in my clothes. Not so muh on the scale. One thing I do notice is that I eat a little more carbs while before I couldn't even touch it. Right now have feet up and can feel the stomach so tight. Now working towards getting to exercising more. I feel like now I have more back fat! Lol
