Ankle Reduction - A True Life Changer

Daniel C. Baker MD is the best plastic surgeon of this century,- as well as part of the last, which is a well documented fact. His experience and innumerable successes remain unsurpassed and pertain to many areas of the body,- virtually from head to toe,- he delivers reliable results and happy patients like none other in his field. Though knowing about his skills and having met many of his happy patients socially in the past I took my time to decide,- as I desired a kind of surgery not widely embraced (yet) within the medical community, often regarded as "not urgent per se " and also a bit challenging as it involves the lymphatic system of the lower leg to deal with, which some surgeons due to lack of knowledge avoid.
Determined to have an Ankle Reduction procedure ,-( via Liposculpture) I walked into his office prepared to be told it was 'not so bad' or I should simply lose weight. Weight however had never been the issue. I was plagued with so called "cankles" all my life, even at age 18, at 98 pounds. The condition ( of living with 'cankles') results in severe self consciousness as one is forced to wear pants and/or really long dresses, so as to not expose 'fat' unsightly and unnatural looking ankles. Boots are out of the question as most are designed for thinner ankle/ calf measurements.
Dr. Baker walked into the room, took one look at my ankles and completely understood.
He was very sweet, empathetic, calm and exuded the confidence only a surgeon of his caliber can. I felt taken care of and safe instantly. He explained everything in detail, and I scheduled the surgery within 2 weeks of our first encounter. I had no fear,- Dr. Baker's reassuring aura had diffused all insecurity in me.
Everything went perfect, his staff was super caring and efficient.
I am over the top delighted with the outcome.
Dr. Baker saw me 3 times shortly after the surgery to make sure all was fine.
A true gentleman, he was delightful, insightful and cheerful every time.
As he had predicted from the get go,- I changed my entire wardrobe within 2 months post surgery.
I'm now wearing fitted dresses, skirt suits, mini skirts, ankle revealing capri pants, cruise wear, ankle tied summer shoes, slinky booties and ankle revealing lingerie type crossover wear as well as evening attire I'd never dared to sport in public before.
My friends are speechless at my transformation ,- and as I now realize,- my successful 'cankle' surgery has prompted many people around me previously thinking they'd be 'stuck' with this problem forever,- to take initiative and make appointments with Dr. Baker.
He single handedly changed my life, - the way I see and feel about myself forever.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
