Dr. Andrew Jacono, Kick Ass Facial Surgeon

Dr Andrew Jacono is a kick ass doctor. 2 Years ago after a big weight loss and the beginning of my changes I started to see my face drop and that small pull of the turkey neck begin. Oh boy I wanted to die, this is the one thing I feared since being a teenager. And so the research began in 2016 to find out how to fix this mess. I don't wear makeup, sunbath, drink much alcohol and never used any type of filler shots or botox. I always pride myself on the natural look. So as you search you will find machines, creams, belts to wrap around your neck and head & laser treatments that I knew could never repair the platysma muscle. Oh yeah, they also sell tape that you can use on the back of your neck to make you look great! lol. Then you will find all kinds of plastic surgeons that sound crazy in their approach. But if you search properly and hard enough, you will find Dr Andrew Jacono. He is all about natural beauty and on his website you will see transformations that will blow your mind. Here’s a high profile doctor that can build ears out of rib cartilage. A doctor that helps abused woman rebuild their faces and children around the world with cleft palate deformities. I thought here's an amazing surgeon that probably works on the rich and famous. Thus I went to see another surgeon and almost made the mistake of a lifetime. After that encounter I ran to Dr Jacono. When you enter his Park Avenue office, you are greeted by kind and friendly people. Everyone is so warm and real, I started to feel this is where I belong. I had an appointment but I had to wait a while to see him. I saw so many people walking in and out of the office it was hard to believe. The patient ahead of me got an apology from the front desk on the time delay and she responded, “Dr Jacono is a God, I will wait for him till midnight if I have to”. Wow, that said it all. Soon after, I was called for pictures and then waited to see Dr Jacono. Before he enters the room your mind is saying he's going to be intimidating and hard to talk to. Instead you find a humble man with a demeanor that makes you feel like your in the company of a regular guy you talk to on the way to the supermarket. He’s a high profile man, and yet you would never know it. Kind, gracious and the most down to earth doctor I have yet to met. He recommended the deep plane face lift which would lift my cheeks, fix my nasolabial folds, marionette lines, jowls, platysma muscle and neck lift. He said he would use my own natural fat in my face and I would never need impants, botox or filler shots. He told me that I will look natural and people will just think I rested or changed my hair. So I booked my surgery and when you think of the cost you have to think clearly. You are spending your money on a clean natural look with no scars. The day of surgery came and I was ready. I decided that I would be under twilight and whatever Dr Jacono was going to do was his business. I saw him right before the surgery we discussed me not wanting to lose my dimples and then he gave me a hug. Not a fake hug but a real hug with love. Few hours later I woke up all wrapped in the protective covering but I could see my face. It was swollen a bit but the dropping was already gone. The next morning Dr Jacono removed the wrapping and the drains and my neck was already better. The down time is not bad. Yes you need to stay inside for 2 weeks because of the bruising but the pain is so minimal and no bloody stitches or mess. I really couldn't believe it. Two weeks after the surgery I was wearing my hair up and no one said a word. I am now at 3 weeks still swollen but nothing that the regular person can see. The rest of the swelling will take some time to go away and I can’t imagine how beautiful its going to look.
