Dr.Clark is a skilled doctor for sure but she allows her Medical Assistants to perform procedures without any supervision. I had microneedling done to remove hyperpigmention and scars . The first session went well and was performed by Dr.Clark. The second didn't go well at all. The second microneedling session was perfomed by an assistant who seem to be training. As a result my skin was demaged and scarred because he dragged the microneedling pen across my skin and used the wrong depth. Dr.Clark did enter the room during the procedure and correct him because he was dragging the pen across my skin so quickly. It was too late my treatment was nearly completed. It's been two years and I have more scars and hyperpigmention then when I started. I've been to five dermatologist and all of them said that the procedure was done incorrectly. I'm disappointed because I really wanted to continue to receive treatments from Dr. Clark but I can't take a chance with my skin again . I did voice my concerns to Dr.Clark but she didn't acknowledge any wrong doing or try to help me correct the problem. Ugh. I'm really disappointed. If you so choose to be treated by Dr.Clark make sure the Medical Assistant has experienced or ask Dr. Clark to perform the procedure herself. Good luck.
