DR GUIDA DOES NOT LISTEN.
He's in his own world and DOES NOT understand the value of communication.
During a consultation, it is crucial for a doctor to sit down with a patient and explain the pros, cons, potential risks and RESULTS of requests that a patient may have of surgery. Specific to rhinoplasty, a patient in their head may envision their nose looking a certain way after surgery but the doctor MUST use computer imaging and other tools to SHOW the patient what the end result will be. And if the patient requests a change after the first set of imaging is done, the doctor must indicate if this will result in a drastic change to the nose, and if it will, he should take the time to demonstrate this change on the computer imaging. The doctor MUST discuss EVERYTHING he plans to do to the patient's nose so the patient is fully aware of what to expect. A patient must be informed, educated and aware of EVERYTHING.

ALAS, Dr Guida lacks this understanding.

And the staff...they're his protectors and crusaders. Don't expect to get in touch with anyone at the office, Dr Guida included, if you have a botched surgery. And if you are lucky enough to get a post-op appointment, brace for the denial.
