I am 24yo, 150lbs, was 34 A. Got 421cc silicon low profile Natrelle implants. I definitely hadn't done enough research before going for BA. My surgeon didn't explain much, said that he will decide on the size to give me what i desire. As soon as I opened my eyes after surgery I knew that's NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I realized I needed much bigger implants to achieve my goal look on my wide frame body. Now at 34 DD, I still lack fullness in my breasts. the are sitting too wide apart. No cleavage. They look "underdone". I am very disappointed and frustrated. What looks BIG on other bodies, looks way too small on mine. I should have researched more and go with at least 550cc or 600cc.
