My breasts are rock hard and are still really high on my chest the right one seems to be dropping faster than the left. I'm concerned about my lower poles specially on my left breast. Hopefully they will fill out and get softer as the implants drop.

I've been looking into getting BA for Years....
I've been looking into getting BA for Years. Finally decided to get surgery after lots of research, this site was really helpful. I was interested in getting my procedure done by Dr. Urmen Desai based on his high ratings but unfortunately he moved from NYC to Cali, I contacted him and he recommended Dr. Douglas Senderoff so I scheduled a consultation and decided to book with him based on the recommendation and Dr. Senderoffs years of experience. I'm currently 2 days PO and feeling ok. I will post pictures shortly.

Hi! Congrats on your BA! I had mine 12/22/17, our stats are similar, I'm 5'6" 168lbs I got 445cc Natrelle SRM Gel implants so I'm 9 weeks post op today. I'll be interested in following your journey to see how you feel about size. I feel I wish my best would've allowed for bigger my first time as 445 was all my surgeon could fit. thy look great in bras but just not what I was hoping for naked. they are much better from where I started but I expected a better naked look. Hope your recovery goes well!!
Thank you! I keep reading here you should wait until your 3rd month to get an idea of your final result. I'm sure yours will keep getting better with time. Invest in good support bras/sports bras. I actually wanted moderate plus but the doctor recommended high profile. And to be honest they don't feel big on my frame. It feels as if i could've gone bigger. So maybe I would've been disappointed with the moderate profile as it has less projection. I was scared of going over 500ccs but I think it would've worked. But as long as they settle nicely I'll be happy with this size. The reason I wanted moderate was because I was scared of having a large gap between my boobs, thankfully with HP I don't and I don't have a lot of side boob which is good. I just want my lower poles to fill out, now I just have to wait...Good luck :)
