There has definitely been a bunch of changes in size and shape over the past 6 weeks, and I'm sure there will be more to come. I do experience boob greed and wonder if I should have gone with 350/375 cc instead of 300/325 cc. I try to remind myself that my fairly easy recovery is probably due to my skillful surgeon and the size of the implants. Any issues I have had have involved my left incision, which was the bigger implant + lowered crease. My right implant was back to normal by the morning after the surgery. If I had gone bigger, I might have experienced a more difficult recovery.
Overall, I'm very happy with the natural results I have gotten. In clothes, my difference size isn't that obvious, which is what I wanted. It's really only when I'm in a bathing suit or bra that the size difference is noticeable. Dr. Khuthaila really is an artist.

Implants have developed more of a round shape in week 5. Incisions are looking better after I stopped using the scar sheets. The suture spitting continues on the left side (325 cc), but once the suture is pushed out, the incision heals nicely with the help of some neosporin.
I went to my first HIIT bootcamp class this week and push-ups were definitely strange. I could feel the implant contracting each time I pushed down. The contracting feeling also happened during kettlebell swings (25 lbs). I didn't experience any soreness the next day in my chest... only in my legs since I haven't properly worked them out in so long! Between the holidays and not being able to work out - my body has definitely packed on weight and I'm anxious to get daily workouts back on the agenda.

I went with a moderate plus profile.
