29y/o 1 Child 5'2 112 lbs 365 hp

Hi Im finally ready to get a breast augmentation, my ps is recommending a periareolar lift with implant of 300cc hp silicone , is that necessary or can I achieve fullness and size im looking for without the lift. I'm looking to be a C cup, I'm 5'2 110lbs (petite) . I also want to know if anyone would recommend going bigger and how much bigger , thank you

Sooo some things out of my control happened that held me back from getting my surgery but I can finally say I will no longer be apart of the itty bitty titty committee lol. I made my final payment today and my surgery Is booked for this thurs July 25th at 1pm. Since I booked Ive had a lot of feelings. Excited one minute then nervous the next and then 2nd guessing. I’m having my surgery done by dr Senderoff in nyc. At our last consult about a year ago we decided 385cc hp silicone but at my pre op we went down to 365cc natrelle srf. I’ve been so indecisive in my head reading reviews and comparing to other results sometimes I want to down to 350cc. I know there’s not much of a difference noticeably but what makes me nervous is being top heavy/too big for my size. I’m currently 32 big A small B 5’2 about 112/113lbs mom of 1 and breastfed for about a month.
