4 Kids and Need to Snap Back - New York

I've been following rs for sometime now. I'm officially ready to get my butt done. I have absolutely no butt lol. My weight goes up and down. At my heaviest I was 271 my lowest 189. In between I had lost a lot of weight so I had I had a tt, thought lift, back lift and arm lift. The surgeries were only to remove the excess skin so no contouring was involved. Naturally I have hips but they are out of proportion. I look ok with clothes on but when they drop all hell breaks loose lol. I live in NYC. The only doctor in NYC that gives the results that want is Delvecchio but no way in hell im about to shel out 13k. I got a quote for Dr. Fisher for 5k which includes bbl, lipo of 12 areas (which basically = to the whole back and stomach. I wish the areas were bigger otherwise I'll definitely do my whole body lol) it's $500 more to do my arms. I sent my pics in and the coordinator told me I have to lose weight if I want Fischer to do my surgery. According to the coordinator, dr Fischer will fill out my hips and also lipo the side fat on my thighs. I have her an estimated weight of 215. Im 5'7. I have to go down to 190. She told me dr o was cheaper and works on girls with higher Bmi. I've been reading about recent infections and his work is not as good as fisher. I asked for as much fat to be transferee in case I lose some. I was hoping to do my surgery in March. How can I lose all the weight by then? With my 4 kids and work it's almost impossible to hit the gym. I was told I can pay $500 down to secure the price being that the prices will be going up. I plan on paying it after thanksgiving. I asked the coordinator if I will be provided with medical documents so o can request time off. She said the forms are filled out after the surgery and maybe I can use my receipt to take time off. Ummm I don't want anybody in my business. So idk how to get around that. Also I can I go back to work without setting off alarms that I took time off from work to get my body done over lol? Most likely I will be going by myself. I'm on a budget so should I stay in a Rh or hotel and have a nurse? How many days will I need help? Where are the best deals for the supplies? I sit a lot at work, can I go back a week after surgery? Help me out ladies ????
