WORTH IT$6,500
I am starting my review on here with Dr. Filstein. I didn’t find too many in depth reviews on him so I hope this will help those who are thinking about choosing him. I chose him because the price and the photos of his work looks I saw at my consultation. Dr. Filstein is located right on Madison in New York. Parking was difficult to find and traffic was nightmare. Do not park on the street in the area. There are no parking for cars so you must find a parking garage to park. This was an inconvenience but I hope that he makes it worth the trip. The girls at the office were very nice especially Annie. She was readily helpful with all my questions and concerns I had and didn’t make me feel bad for asking a million questions. It was very hard to read Dr. Filstein. The consultation was short and to the point. He did not rush me and only answered questions that I asked. So prepare them. He was very upfront of what is realistic with me and informed me that I may have loose skin after the removal of fat from my stomach. He doesn’t sugar coat it.

Booked my date! November 2018
BettyBoop99July 17, 2018
Since booking my date I have had so many questions for Dr Filstein and staff. I email Dr. Filstein with important concerns and call the staff multiple times a day with questions that keeps coming up. Annie has so much patience, I just adore her. Doc always responds to my emails which I am grateful for because I was getting nervous that this is really happening! He is very kind and knowledgeable and speaking to him put me more at ease with upcoming surgery. I was told recovery time is only one week before i can head back to work, so long as I am careful not to put pressure on the upper part of the buttocks. I was considering getting 2 surgeries (BA and BBL) and doc gave me a great deal if I wanted multiple surgeries done at the same time. But in the end I decided on just the BBL as I am such a wuss when it comes to pain and I don't know if I can handle double the amount of pain. Anyone had multiple surgeries done at once? What was your experience? So far the experience has been great and im feeling confident in my decision with Dr. Filstein. BBL, here I come!

Feeling anxious....
BettyBoop99August 11, 2018
I know I still have a ways to go until my surgery date, but now that its starting to sink in that I'm doing this in 3 months and my nerves are acting up. I am more excited and anxious than nervous but safety concerns have been on my mind lately. I'm sure this is natural, so I reached out to doc with my safety concerns. Still waiting for him to reply and hope it will make me feel more confident to proceed with my decision. One of my concerns is that he performs the surgery right in his office and not at the hospital. It does put me at ease to know that his operating room is a certified surgical facility. I am glad that I booked the appointment several months in advance. This gives me this time to prepare myself mentally, physically and financially. Doc did not ask me to lose or gain weight, so I guess he doesn't have any concern with amount of fat I have available. Included in my quote was lipo of my flanks, 360 around stomach and back, thighs, along with fat transfer to my buttocks. Since I am going for a natural look, I thought it was best not to gain weight. I'm hoping that my doctor can transfer fat that I have available and sculpt my body so that you can see a curvy, shapely body and a nice booty without overdoing it. I also think about not having enough fat and and all of the effort of the surgery wont be noticeable. Guess I just have to wait to see what the doc says...
