Sp this is for the 112 E 61st St location. Stephy (who i found out was fired 3 months after my procedure) did my procedure and all the fat areas she treated become so hard and lumpy. I came back in after 3 months, their "doctor" stated that now i needed lipo but the CoolSculpting company had to approve the procedure. They will not refund me or give me a date for the new lipo. Dont go to this location for CoolSculpting.

I'm so sorry that happened! When I talked to a surgeon about coolsculpting, she told me that there's a possibility that the fat will harden instead of liquefy for some patients, and that it's a side-effect that is just now becoming well known. She said that it CAN be corrected via lipo, but... people who have coolsculpting probably wanted to avoid lipo in the first place, so that's less than ideal in a lot of cases.

If it's really bothersome, lipo is an option. I hope you find the happiness you're seeking.

Please contact me! You seem to be living with PAH and you don't even know it I'm sure because they wont admit it. This destroyed my body. I hope you are ok :(
