After a terrible experience for my first surgery....

After a terrible experience for my first surgery. I was very nervous and scared about going through a rhinoplasty again. I had met with several surgeon and I felt the most comfortable with Dr Kwak. During my first consultation Dr Kwak examined my nose and was very detailed in explaining what I needed.
My problem was that a silicone implant was starting to show through and was thinning my skin.
Dr. Kwak had very well explanation and perfect manner from beginning to end. Since I wanted to use a more natural graft, we both decided that a rib graft was necessary.
I had the procedure almost 4 months ago and although I had some swelling early on, I can't believe I waited so long. He did an incredible job I only wish I went to him the first time!
Would recommend Dr Kwak to all of my family and friends.

Thanks for sharing! Do you happen to have a photo of the silicone graft showing through your skin? That sounds crazy. I'm glad you are feeling good about your results from your revision!
