I had my BA just over 2 weeks now!! Surgery went well and the swelling should be all gone by now. I had Dr. Pugash do my surgery- great overall experience! I went with 500CC because, well it was the biggest my doctor would go to avoid complications, etc. Still hoping 500CC was not too small! This is probably my one and onlyyyyyy concern right now, post-op!! I really don't want the dreaded boob greed and I deff don't want to be thinking about my second BA already and what I'll do differently! I was quite flat before... i was a small 34B. A lot of padding definitely helped! I never delt comfortable not wearing a bra before because under clothing I looked almost totally flat - it felt very unflattering. I have always wanted boobies, big ones at that. Well, big enough- but also not gigantic. I want to be able to hide them when needed, which is the perfect balance I am really really hoping for here.
I guess I should mention that I do have a 3.5 yr old son wh I breast fed for 1 year. After the breastfeeding, my chest did not droop surprisingly (probably because there wasn't too much there to start with), but they did get a bit smaller and less perky. After that, I missed the bigger chest I had while breastfeeding and how feminine I felt with them! This, combined with the fact that I prayed for a bigger chest since I was a little girl and the fact that my hubby was for it (but did not push it at all - he was super happy before, just wanted it all to be my decision and to make sure I wasn't doing it just for him) is all what contributed to my getting the BA. It was also a very quick move on our part. Once I realized we were both on the same page, I booked the first appointmet on Oct 31st (just after our 5 year anni - so we see this as a gift to ourselves ;) ), the size meeting on Nov 7 and the big day on Nov 17th. Bam Bam Bam! And here I am now :)
I did take 10 days off of work to recoup which I recommend for anyone! I felt almost 100% better by this time and driving has been okay..!

Dr. Pugash was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also direct. He will answer most questions if you let him finish. I felt confident in his skill - he has a TON of experience and studied extensively, even in Paris to do BAs! He did inform me that 500CCs is the highest he henerally goes to avoid complications. Excited to see the final results as time progresses! Dr. Pugash provides a surgical bra, which not every dr does and he also gave me a moisturizing cream and a scar recovering cream for post-op. Simone, his assistant and receptionist was charming and warm as well. They seem to make a great team. The staff at the surgical centre were great as well!
