How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Almost 4 weeks out
At the two week mark I was down to 244.6. I was upset because I thought it should have been more, but the PA and nurse told me i was where they expected me to be after a month... I am still at 244 but my clothes are real loose so I guess I'm not too upset (almost at week 4). Let me go back some...the day I woke up after surgery I just wanted to rest. I felt sore... like I did thousands of crunches. I got up to use the restroom a few times during the day. I really didn't move around much until night and I walked the halls with my nurse. The next day i was released with a million prescriptions. I am one of the lucky ones , no gas pains very little nausea. I have trouble taking my multi vitamin but I was told its probably because of the iron. The first 2 weeks I did great with water and fluid intake...not so good the second 2. I am supposed to drink 64 oz of water, just getting in over 34. I am on the soft food portion of my diet but i don't think home made chilli is what they had in mind (i chew it well...ish). I have a ton of energy, I'm also not working so not sure. So far I am happy with my decision.
