Much improved neck and jaw line! Prior to my neck and face lift my profile made me look older, especially if I was looking down.

Thank you! Feeling better each day now. Also swelling has gone down and incisions healing nicely! Compared to my before picture, I see a difference. I'm really glad I did this for myself. The community at Real Self has boosted my confidence level.

Yes. Dr. Khoobehi made incisions into my hair line without shaving any hair. I have not lost any more hair than normal. You can't even tell I had stitches in from of my ears. Ones in back of my ears and scalp are still healing and have some scabs. I imagine in another week all the scabs will be gone. I getting into my 3rd week and the neck/face discomfort is lessening every day!

Are you swollen from fat filler and how much of it will last? Sorry to keep asking questions lol big questions how is it around lips?? Did you have lip wrinkles?

Two Weeks Postop - Facelift, Neck Lift, Lateral Brow Lift, and Fat Transfers
I am doing fantastic and couldn't be more pleased how my recovery is progressing. I still have some slight swelling, more so on right side of my face and some tightness behind ears, but that is to be expected. I returned to work 9 days postop. Wore heavy makeup over slight chin bruises the first two days, but all bruises are gone. Looking at my before picture and today's picture, one can really see a noticeable difference in the jaw line.

Fabulous. Bruising is amazingly lacking for someone who has gone through fat transfers. Few surgeons have this skill. Swelling will go down for the next couple of months, albeit not as dramatically as the first few weeks. You must be thrilled to look into the mirror, as each day goes by. You look like a kid, you must have been a very pretty little girl (smile). You eyes are huge!

Thank you! My scalp scars still have scabs here and there. They are drying up and falling off. Yay! The ones in front of my ears you can't hardly see. I have short hair and no one has noticed. I will post a picture perhaps in the next day or two. The ones behind my ears are still healing, a little scabby in spots. I feel when it is all over with, only my hairdresser will know. Again I even hate to address them as scars, because I don't think they are even noticeable.

LOL! I want to see just one small imperfection too. I have looked her over a million times, put the magnifier on the computer screen and everything else. Cannot find anything bad so she had an excellent outcome and looks beautiful.

Thank you! I'm really like everyone else on this site! At almost 3 weeks postop, I still have swelling more so on one side of my face, aches and pains behind the ears and below jaw line and some rough feeling incisions behind the ears. I expect all of this to be well behind me in the next couple of months. I just have to be patient. It's only in the movies that people heal so quickly!
