I had SEVERAL endermologie sessions; was going a cpl times a week for a couple months . There was hardly any pain involved, actually, sometimes it felt like a decent massage! However, my cellulite was in no way improved nor was my skin tightened or did it show improvement of texture. I just got some very pricey massages, that sometimes hurt and caused occasional bruising. I had high hopes, but save your money, people!

Maybe it was the provider. I just completed 10 sessions out of 20 in Phx. I feel great. I go three times a week and I’m committed to going the full 20 sessions. I honestly don’t think I’d be loving it if I decided to go at a much slower pace. That would take far to long to see a change. My advice if you do it full heartedly commit 3 days a week and make sure you have a very well informed therapist. I suggest a massage therapist that is trained in it. One that has great anatomy knowledge. That way your not throwing money away one fakers.

If it left bruising then that is an indication the person doing it was not doing it right. I have researched quite a bit and read consistently that bruising is a sign of poor application. I would hand them over to the BBB.
