1st session done!
Yesterday was my first session of the I lipo. Not to much pre op just drink plenty of water and don't eat 2 hours before. I arrived at New Life @ 9:50am( my appointment was at 10. After filling out brief paperwork, the nurse walked me to a small too and played a 3 min video on I lipo. I actually saw the video already during my research on YouTube. The video was made by the manufacturers of I lipo. Then we went to the next room where my measurements were taken. My treatment area is my stomach. Next I just lie there and 4 pallettes were place in a line across my midsection then Velcro strapped. She set the timer for 20min and I began. No pain just a warm sensation. After my 20 min I was done she came back and I thought she was going to take my measurements again but she said they take them after the first 4 sessions. I was then directed to do about 20-30min of cardio to encourage my lymphatic system to rid all the fat. I booked my second session(which was already paid for) for this Friday the 25th. And that was it. First session over. I left and when I got home I did my 30min of cardio. Just did 30nin of jogging, then walking . I feel ok except I'm peeing a lot. But also I've been drinking a lot of water. So I'll post pics up in a few of my body :(

New Life Medical Center
Well I have decided to get my first 4 sessions of I-Lipo done @ New Life Medical Center in Chicago(where I'm from). The manufacturing company along with the clinic suggest a total of 8 sessions to achieve the best results. The 8 sessions should be done twice a week for 4 weeks. I have paid for and booked my first 4 sessions beginning Monday March 21st. After that I'll see my half way point and book my additional four sessions! I have also purchased a waist trainer for post-op. Don't think I need to wear my compression garment, which I've worn for over a year under my clothes lol.
I'M praying I get some real results out of this! Not perfect, but better. S**t a dress size would be good for me! . If not bbl/ tt here I come!
I will post better before pics later:)
