I'm starting to get a bit nervous. Tomorrow is the big day...the day I've been waiting for 14 years now. I will be getting a tummy tuck with lipo. I plan to try my best and post on here as much as possible. All of the posts I've seen and read, really helped me out with my decision and I just know I have to pay it forward. Keep me n your prayers folks.
I did it!
I'm here sitting in my recliner at home and I can't believe I actually did it! 6 hours after surgery. I'm resting now and highly medicated so I will try my best to keep updates coming. ????????
Day after surgery
Took my first shower. Boy was that a journey in itself. There's no way I would've been able to do it without my loving and thank God patient, husband. Once we removed the binder and all of the outer dressings, I had to stop and take a few deep breathes because I started to feel nauseous and light headed. After regaining my composure, I took my shower and my hubby helped me put the binder back on and get dressed. I snuck a few pictures in before getting everything back on. I was in tons of pain after all of this and rushed (tiny shuffle steps) back to my comfy recliner. Thank you Lord for my comfy recliner. Feeling better now.
