7 week update.
m04192016June 7, 2016
Hello all I'm out 7 weeks and down 32 pounds. My face and body has changed. I milo her cringe when I see myself in pictures. I was size 18 and now I'm swimming in them. I gave away all my size 18s. So happy to never see them again. I'm trying not to buy clothes but I need pants for work. There a 14! Little snugg but I can get away with it...and a large top!! So happy. I told my husband that it made me so happy to shop in a regular retail shop! I know it sounds crazy but it made me so sad I could shop at regular store. So I was excited!! And I spent a lot of money...lol.

10 day Post op visit to MD
m04192016April 30, 2016
I started at 250 my weight was at 235 today at the MD office. My bandage were removed and I met with the dietician to move on to phase 2. I was so excited to have something different. I made butternut squash soup and it was delicious. I added peanut butter to my shake but it was to heavy. I was too full. I've had one really bad episode of heart burn where I was going to drive myself to ER but I knew they would do nothing for me so I just walked and walked took gas ex. It finally went away. Overall I'm really happy I did this I just want to get into a routine of eating regular foods. Soon enough. The doc also mention this is critical 2 weeks because this is where people get dyhdrated because they stop drinking fluids because there too full with foods. I'm nervous but I'm keeping an eye on it. This is it so far

YAAAAAAY! Congratulations on your weight loss so far! That's fantastic! Definitely stick with the doctor's advice. To stay hydrated just remember that your protein shakes count as liquid and so does soup, even if it is a little creamy. I also drink G2 Gatorade everyday to get my fluids and electrolytes in so I stay hydrated. I still drink a G2 Gatorade everyday. You are doing great! Keep it up! Day by day! :)))
