2 Months and 30 pounds down
Feeling good, can't believe 30 pounds are gone, hopefully I keep it up or down as the case may be. I am still losing 2-3 pounds a week which my Dr said was normal since I started with a lower BMI, as long as the numbers keep dropping I will be happy. I do miss drinking with my meals, I hate the 1.5 of no drinking, I also loved to have coffee with my breakfast, but it is an adjustment.

One month down
So I am down 20 pounds in one month. The Dr. said this was good, since I started on the low end of morbid obesity (thanks doc) with a BMI of 41. I am hoping to lose 15 to 20 pounds for the next few months. I still don't feel thinner, but that could be my mind playing tricks on me.

So not feeling so bad. Feels like I did a million crunches!! I have some chest pains from the gas but other than that. Doing fine! Thanks goodness

I like him, he doesn't say much, but he made me feel comfortablE He was very personable before the surgery and his anesthesiologist was great. I don't remember his name but they both came by before and after surgery and made me feel well tended too. Recommend him if you are in the north jersey area
