Unable to find a doctor to help fix BBL after fat necrosis

$7,800
Is anyone able to recommend a doctor that can fix a BBL after developing fat necrosis? I am willing to even get implants if necessary. I’ve been through this surgery three times with less than successful results and I can’t go through life hiding it everyday. I have done that long enough.

Who was your initial doctor?
Dr.Alkon in New Jersey.
Hey sister. I'm sorry this happened to you. Can you please say who was your doctor? I've had 2 bbl's and my dr was Dr. Delvecchio. He has an office in NYC and I believe he still practices in MA. He's one of the best and I'm sure he can help you. He has lots of reviews on here. Look him up. God Bless and All the Best To You.
Dr. Alkon. I've spoken with Dr. Delvecchio in the past, but he told me he would need to cut open my entire right cheek and remove the scar tissue and I would have to wait for that heal then he would redo the bbl. I'm just hesitant because of the scarring I would have and the fact that I would have to walk around with it looking ten time worse while it heals. Then on top of that I'm paying for two more surgeries. Thank you though. I truly appreciate the help!
Hi sister. I had a paid consultation with Dr. Alkon in 2016. It's said in his H&P that the $80.00 consultation fee is deducted from your surgery; and returned if your not having surgery with him. At that time i was 180 pds and my height is 5'7. My consultation with Dr. Alkon was rushed and he told me I needed to loose 15-20 pounds before he could perform surgery. I didn't agree. I decided to go to Dr. Delvecchio, who was able to transfer more of my fat. Dr. Alkon's office never refunded me back my $80.00 even after I spoke to his staff about it.

Help finding the best butt implant doctor!

After talking to many doctors my options are to have the scar tissue cut out, refilling the indent, but with chances of it coming back and a lot of visible scarring or getting an implant that hides the indent with little scarring. If anyone can point me in the direction of a doctor that is good with butt implant surgery, I'd be grateful. It'd be a plus if they were close to Pennsylvania, but if not, it's ok.

Hi, I’m in a similar position to you. Have a horrible indent in my butt that was there before my bbl and after the surgery it seems just as if not more noticeable. I was considering implants myself but wasn’t sure it would work, I’m curious how the doctors said to you that implants would hide the indent? It gives me hope!
I know that Dr. Del Vecchio uses a needle to help release the indent after he puts fat in. I am surprised no one can release that. Why do you have lots of scar tissue in that one area? I hope you find a doctor that can fix you. Keep us updated.
Have you looked into Sculptra? It's a non-invasive BBL using a filler
Butt implants are dangerous as well the implant can feel like it’s turning over or get an infection. Honestly it’s all unsafe and I wish I never did it in the first place.

Would butt implants help?

Ive gotten advice to do cellfina, but after talking to doctors I found my indentation is too severe. I talked to one doctor in Columbia about doing implants and he told me it wouldn't break the band. I'm curious if it would be possible to even conceal the indentation a little with the implants or if anyone can tell me a better way to fix the indentation it would be helpful. I'm having a hard time even finding someone in or previously in the same situation as me. Thanks!

Did you talk to the Colombian Doctor about doing cellfina? I would keep doing consults with various doctors and see what they recommend doing. Keep searching you will find one that will help. Try dr Bednar in NC see what he says.
Yes I did, but I have fat necrosis, so cellfina wouldn't be effective. I have consulted with different doctors and it seems like they were too nervous to make it worse. I'll give dr Bednar a try. thanks!
Let me know what Bednar tells you. Fingers crossed he’s got a fix for you
hi, so sorry what your going thru. I've heard great things about Victor Gutierrez in Tijuana, board certified also micro surgeon. maybe talk to him
I'll check him out. Thank you!
no problem, his whole office is great-they respond quickly
