I had had implants at age 40. Absolutely loved them. After breast feeding my son, the nice perky [RS bleep] I had looked like deflated balloons. I saved for ever and had saline, sub Q implants done. At age 58, I felt that they looked too large and were really sagging so I researched what I thought would be a top doc. I should have gone with my gut and not gone through with it. I saw the Dr. ONCE before surgery. Did not get to look at any type of implants, he had already decided what he was doing. I never got a lift, just a nipple reduction and the size of the implany reduced which produced a saggier breast and a horrible look. I won't show my husband my breasts at all, have seen 2 other doctors that have told me what I got was NOT a lift, a breast cannot be lifted by a nipple reduction, the implant is too small, plus I did NOT want my nipples reduced. Although really large, I have always liked them. My husband can't even look. He said "Oh my God, he cut your nipples off!!".Really unhappy and now have to be out another $15,000 to have them replaced and repaired. I really did not want to go under general anesthia again either. Look at my pics. IS this a lift?????
