The one thing I learned during this process is that it is so important to bring pictures of what you want and verbally describe what you think you want. I realized what I was verbally saying was not what I was visually wanting. Go back as often as you need and are comfortable since this is life-changing and hopefully a one shot deal. Take pictures with the sizers in with formfitting clothes and don't feel bad about asking questions and sending emails until you've made a comfortable decision with your physician.

So over the course of setting up appointments and getting sized 3 times (yes I'm indecisive and no I'm not a plastic surgeon so this has been a huge learning experience)I have to say Dr. Pan's staff are wonderful. Some had stories of starting out too large then downsizing, others went on vacation while they were still too high, all my crazy questions of -- will I be able to snuggle normally after implants? How will I sleep afterwards? What type of bra do I need to buy and where do I get it? Cara and Stephanie were so relatable and today I walked out laughing, excited and feeling -for the first time -really ready for May 31. My anxiety of the unknown ceased today. I liked my sizing of 350-450 on my 5'2," 119 lb frame and felt that 375-450 is now in the skilled hands of Dr. Pan. I'm very grateful for their support.
