Dr. Kashyap is kind, patient and above all did not talk down to me as his patient – he respected my intelligence. I never waited long to see him and he answered all my questions and concerns. His office is calm and comforting. The hospital was clean and safe by my American standards. He talked me through the surgery as he performed it (I opted for twilight) instead of general anaesthesia. He even asked what kind of music I wanted him to play in the OR. Post op care has been outstanding.
