FINAL THOUGHTS !!! 1 YEAR LATER
Hello Real Self Ladies
It has been almost 1 year since I had my breast reduction by Dr. Zannis of New Bern, NC. I wanted to wait until I was fully healed before I posted. I AM NOT HAPPY!!! What seemed to be a simple case to me (previously had reduction and wasn't extremely big) turned out not to be and my left breast is now 2-3 times bigger than right and nipples are going in two different directions. Disappointment is an under statement. I returned to Dr. Zannis last month to expess my unhappiness to which he responded oh that's an easy fix. Stated that he would submit paperwork to insurance company for a revision but since than has not responded to insurance company request for more information or returned my calls. I thought I had done my due diligence in finding him but I guess not or maybe I received his military special since I used Tricare. I'm now left with lopsided breasts. I will post a picture with bra on as well.

Day 7
So yesterday was my one week post-op appointment, tape and sutures removed.
I still have swelling and anticipate that for several months, shooting pains managed by extra strength Tylenol and ibuprofen only. Overall I'm quite pleased with Dr. Zannis work and looking forward to the final outcome.
