I am in my early 30's and I have two children. I think between breastfeeding them and gaining/losing pregnancy weight I have really lost a lot of volume. I am still 7-10lbs away from my normal weight but I am hoping to get there over the next 6ish months. Before pregnancy I was a full C. I've never been super perky but never had trouble filling out bras and bathing suits. I want a natural look but more fullness, however I fear going too large. That is seriously my biggest fear. My surgeon has recommended 350-400cc and I am hoping to stay on the smaller end of that. My BWD is between 14-15cm. I have some degree of sagging but since I am not desiring an augmented look, I think I will be happy with my results. The plan is to use Sientra smooth round silicone implants under the muscle through an incision on the crease. I am trying to keep the surgery from my parents and in-laws because I am not sure they would be supportive. My husband is 100% supportive, thank goodness! I will update after my surgery.

2 1/2 weeks to go!

I can't believe the surgery is so close! Part of me is starting to worry if I am making the right decision and the other part of me is so excited to have my pre baby boobies back (but better!). I'm wondering if people are going to have negative things to say about me when they find out and I am hoping my family isn't too judgmental. I hope people won't be able to tell since I'm going for a natural look. My biggest fear is going to big and regretting it. I've put on a few pounds since January and I need to get them off. I'm going to try to eat clean for the lead up to my surgery because I read that dieting before surgery is a bad idea. Wish me luck :)

Surgery rescheduled by surgeon :(

Veronica called today to let me know Dr. Zannis was going to be out of town due to and unexpected surgery across the country the whole week I was supposed to have my surgery. I understand that things come up and there is nothing anyone can do about it. However, it's really unfortunate because we already had hotel rooms, time off work and child care in place. Now I'm going to have to take off more a few weeks after (too late to cancel trip). Oh well, I'm a believer in "everything happens for a reason" so I'm going to stay optimistic.

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

I never once felt rushed, which was so important to me. He discussed all the different options then made recommendations for me based on my body and what I was hoping to achieve. Everything was personally tailored for me, not a one size fits all approach. I am so glad that things worked out the way they did and I am able to have an awesome surgeon so close to home.
