Two month update
WORTH IT$4,900
Things are going really well. I'm a bit disappointed that one is bigger than the other, but I was like that to start with. It's only obvious in certain tops (and without clothes). I thought it might diminish as i healed but no such luck. My scars are healing nicely and I have no discomfort at any point. I have even occasionally wound up sleeping on my stomach (which I was told to avoid until 3-4 months). Oops! I have really struggled to find a bathing suit top I like. I feel like the styles this year don't do any favors to a bigger bust (where were all these before?!). The majority in stores don't tie in the back, they have that hook closure which ends up being too big, but too small in the cups. The other ones all have that "flounce" fabric which doesn't sit pretty on a D cup. We went to the beach today and I wound up wearing the high neck top I had from last year. It actually sits really well, which means it did not fit me before lol.
I bought bras at Victoria Secret and I'm a 32DD there. I bought a Maidenform bra at target and it was a 34D, but other ones From the same line I was a C. I have a slight obsession with new bras now!

One month + one week
Well they have definitely dropped and I am still super happy. I went to get sized at the infamous Victoria secret and I am a 32DD! I know they have vanity sizing but even so I expected to be a C at best. This is a happy change though. It's really not as big as I envisioned but I'm okay with that. I'm not feeling boob greed or anything.
I don't have any discomfort at this point and at my one month appointment I got the go ahead to wear any bra I want. He told me to keep massaging to keep them soft and help the left one drop more evenly with the right. Happy happy happy!

Isn't it so amazing to know you can wear what you want without the overloaded bras? So liberating. I used to look at tops I loved but knew the would not look how I wanted or if I bought them the padding looked ok but then taking the "boobs" off at the end of the night made me only wish that much more that I was not so flat chested. It is the best thing I could Have done for myself. We are
Wearing the same size , well almost , I measured 34dd and have 375cc hp silicone under . Happy clothes and bra shopping !
*overpadded not overloaded lol
Haha I liked overloaded better anyways!
It is awesome to finally see my clothes fit the way I want without a push-up bra. And to know at the end of the day, it is ME under the clothes and not a bunch of foam. The confidence that came from this has been amazing.
Yes! I feel the same. :) it is such an exciting time

2 week update
Well at two weeks I feel good. I can still get tired easily, but I am able to do most things at this point. My steritape had to come off because it was irritating my skin so I have started applying Mederma (and neosporin to the sore spot just in case, per my doctor). I finally found a bra I like for extended periods of time. It's the Simply Basic $6 bra from Walmart. It's a lift over the head type, but no scratchy straps or hooks.
I still sleep slightly upright to help with morning boob and to keep myself from rolling to my side. It's not too bad since I use a body pillow to keep comfortable. Overall I think I'm doing well. It does look like, at least to me, that my right boob is bigger than my left even though they put a bigger implant in my left. They have definitely started to drop and I am impatiently waiting for them to drop more. I hate the way my armpit creases because of how high they are right now.
And without further ado... Photos!
