Been crying all day long! So my BBL pretty much has been a waste of time and money. Not only is my butt still flat but I still have back rolls! I feel so dumb for even doing this!

Oh and see if your original doctor has a special for round 2's...I've heard Salama has cheap prices for his previous patients getting round 2...check before paying another 5k

This is true. I offered additional fat grafting to increase the size of the buttocks. The cost for this is half the original surgery price (about $2,200). Thanks

You have to be realistic with what to expect based off your pre ops and the the doctor you chose. If you doctor doesn't specialize in donkeys like dr J it probably would've been best to pick a different doctor...also if you have to be realistic with the size of your butt to begin with... you can't go from a small butt to a donkey because the skin doesn't stretch like that..that's why many have round 2 the achieve the results in your wish pics unless they had something to begin with.. I def see a difference in your results and you're not even a week po...wait for the swelling to subside its way too soon to tell what the final result will be. :)

give it some time, I'd say at least another 3 weeks to see better results. I also didnt have much fat to start with, but I feel like my butt is fluffing a lot lately. I am 4 weeks post op! good luck :)

Me too, i am about 3 weeks post-op and I see nothing. Im upset, depressed, and embarrassed that I have done this :-(

I haven't even posted in months because I am so disappointed. I hate even looking in the mirror at my booty because there's nothing there. I look exactly how I did before only thousands of dollars more broke....you're only 3 weeks in so maybe you will fluff....

So I am 3 days post op now and I haven't really been in any pain, but I am stiff as hell!!! Sx went pretty well but I am a little on the fence about my results. My booty only looks a little bigger than pre op and I still have my back roll which I specified was one of the main things I wanted gone. I guess maybe it's still to early to tell with the compression garments and swelling going on. I am just trying to be positive....sigh. I will say that my results are not as great as all of the other ladies on this site : (
