My experience with Dr. Epstein was beyond my expectations; and I expect a lot! After gaining 50 pounds with my first pregnancy, followed by having twins with my second pregnancy, I was left with a tremendous amount of skin hanging off of my abdomen. My quality of life was not as I had hoped. And although I had three gorgeous children, I found myself feeling incomplete and hopeless about my body. I had always been active, but exercise was not doing anything with the excess skin that I had. I knew surgery was the only way that I would be able to solve this problem.
I had done a lot of research before meeting with Dr. Epstein. I was extremely happy with my consultation and knew right away that this man is an artist with his work. He talked to me for a very long time and was always available with any questions that I had. I never felt rushed or that I was just a number. He really gets to know his patients on a personal level, while being extremely professional at the same time.
My surgery was extensive. The actual name for it is: 4D VASER Lipo-Abdominoplasty with Vaser of the flanks, back, and fat grafting to the buttocks. Following the surgery, I had touch up lipo done to my hips, and this was at no cost to me. It takes time to see the results of a surgery and we needed to wait until all swelling and healing had taken place to assess whether or not a touch up was needed. Dr. Epstein decided that a little more fat could be removed from my hips to make the results even better. Dr. Epstein takes great pride in his work and his ultimate goal is the safety of his patients. I was never worried that I wouldn't be 100% satisfied with my decision to have such a major surgery. The results were amazing!!! My life has changed in such a positive way. I now look how I had felt inside all along. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein! His staff is wonderful, too!

As previously stated, Dr. Epstein was very personable but professional. He takes his time with his patients and shares the latest research or experiences/trainings that he has had. He called me personally after surgery on a few occasions to see how I was doing. I found this to be a very nice change, as most doctors have their nurses call. He loves his work and it shows.
