2 years post op

2 years post op and loving life. I still follow a regular workout regimen 3-5 days per week. 3 of those days I do at least 30-60 min intense cardio. I’m trying to take off about 5 pounds to lower my body fat percentage so I can see more muscle. I’m in love with my implant size with dual plane placement. This surgery was a life changer. No regrets!

Allergic reactions to some of the scar therapy oils

ok so im a year post op. I had purchased a slew of products to rub on my scars, Bio Oil, Vitamin e(32,000 units from vitamin shoppe) pure coconut oil from costco and coco butter cream from target. Since i alwas switched things around i never knew what gave me a rash. So i finally figured it out a year later, duh. Its Vitamin E. Plus the bio oil has vitamin e in it. It wasnt the coconut oil, whew cause i love coconut products. So just beware if you get a rash that vitamin e can cause reactions. why did it take me a year to figure this out? i Havent used anything on my scars in a while bc i hydrate my skin after showering with Extra virgin olive oil always. Buuuuut i saw the leftover vitamin e in the drawer and said "oh yea i still have this lets try putting it on the scars , maybe it will continue to make them fade even more". Boom by the next day everything is covered in a prickly red sand paper like rash. Ugh im so disgusted. I threw it all away including the bio oil. Now it could be that my vit e was a very concentrated 32,000 units(like tree sap) but i wont take any chances. Just some food for thought to all of you

14 months post op

Still the best decision I ever made. Wish the boobs were closer but it's bc I have I wide back. Love the size. Tummy is flat. Stretch marks are there and when I bend they wrinkle. I didn't even realize I had stretch marks with all that skin hanging. I can see ab muscles with the more body fat I lose which is super cool. Never really knew I had them lol. My boobs got all their sensation back once a year PO came around. I get a lot of nerve zingers in them. I feel nothing weird in tummy still slightly numb below BB. Other than that it's paradise

Dr Kenneth Kneesey was the first and only consult i had for this procedure. He took alot of time explaining everything that he could do to correct my situation. I learned(and kind of already knew) i had slightly tuberous breasts so to achieve optimum results i'd need a periaeriolar mastopexy. I wanted larger breasts as well so we decided to up the game with some 400cc HP silicone rounds under muscle. It took me two years to finally make the decision and book the consult. During those 2 years i researched docs and actually met some women who had work done by him. The dsoc also beiev it or not had some of his patients call me that had same procedure done to say how much he changed their lives!! His TT incision was low and linear and his patients had very positive feedback about him. Although knowing i could have had this done out of country, i was more comfortable staying in the US for post op concerns etc and could not give up 14 days to be in DR (although i would have gladly done it bc DR is beautiful!) Upon my 2nd and final consult before giving my deposit dr. kneesey took alot of his time once again going over both the TT and BA where we tried on so many sized implants. He had a room full of patients and i had a list of questions. Still he took his time with me. I like that in a doctor and i'm very excited to go for my preop on August 8. Also his patient coordinator Kathy is amazing. So excitied!
