Cannot work or go in public without a hat or head covering

I am writing about Dr. Shah the founder of Next Health.
I consulted Dr. Shah about NeoGraft hair transplanted. His staff sent him pictures of my hair and he responded that he could transplant 2100 hairs.
I went to see him in person because this seem to good to be true. He reassured me that he could do 2100 grafts. HE ALSO said that he would have to shave some hair from the back of my head to get the donor hair BUT THAT HE WOULD ONLY SHAVE ENOUGH HAIR THAT COULD BE COVERED BY MY OWN NATURAL HAIR.
Four hours in the procedure, Dr. Shah told me he could only 500 donor hairs. He said he didn't want to shave more hair, because he promised that the shaved area would be covered up naturally. I was very dismayed. I probably would not have done the procedure at all if I was told there were only 500 donor hairs.
But today my NIGHTMARE REALLY happened. I removed the bandage in the back of my head and saw the middle of my head bald SHAVED BALD.
The is not enough of my own hair to cover the shaved area. I looked like a freak. I don't know what to do. I cannot go in public, and cannot begin to explain to my family and colleagues why I need to wear a hat or head covering.
Dr. Shah's solution was to pay for me to have hair extensions until the shaved hair grows back. I DO NOT AND NEVER DID WANT EXTENSIONS. I told Dr. Shah that. Why would I come to him for transplants if I could wear extensions? My hair is fine and thinning on top where extensions are connected by clips, tape or sewing. I have no time to get extensions or manage them.
Right now I cannot sleep, eat or think about anything else. He lied to me. He mislead me. He has many years of hair transplant experience, but botched me completely. I cannot work or go in public.
I don't know what to do. I am humiliated.
