Sorry for the delay in updating. I was pretty upset about the whole treatment and what it promised. I was also disappointed in the amount of money i spent and the pain that followed the procedure. I wouldn’t recommend this procedure at all. It was expensive and painful and I have seen zero improvement. I also have scarring on my chin that gets pretty red/pink at times (when hot or after a shower) just overall really disappointed. Hope this helps anyone looking into Neogen.

Neogen Plasma - Worried About Scarring

I had high energy Neogen Plasma done last week. I have acne scarring and melasna and really just wanted to tighten up without using fillers. The procedure went well. The third day in my skin began to break out and I think I had an allergic reaction. I have been in touch with the doctor and they have been in contact with Neogen. The doctor ordered me a steroid because the blistering and inflammation got worse. I am on day 5. It is pretty painful. Especially around my eyes and mouth. I am really getting nervous that this might leave my face scarred. So trying not to cry, as it was my choice to have the procedure done. Just didn’t know there could be complications like this.

So sorry you're going through this. It does look very painful. I've never heard of scarring from an allergic reaction, so hopefully you'll get through this OK. Please keep us posted!

Hi I’m so sorry that happened I usually get histamine reactions after treatments and take benedryl 2x a day and use ice to stop the itching feeling. How is your face now? Can you give us an update please

How are you feeling? I just had my face and neck done yesterday and am instructed to apply Aquaphor several times a day for the first few days. However, I had a similar reaction to yours after CO2RE treatments a few years ago. My face and neck broke out in blisters/welts everywhere. It took a good 2-3 weeks before they calmed down. I used Vaniply ointment the first time and felt like I had an allergic reaction. I used Aquaphor the second time. This is why I'm trying the Neogen Plasma treatment.
