Do Not Recommend

I had a consult and was recommended IPL and a Neogen treatment. On the day of my appointment, they told me they couldn’t do the IPL because I had melasma (I don’t, according to my dermatologist). They didn’t offer a refund, so I mentioned one. Instead they offered to do a diamond facial at a later date. When I showed up, they told me that the provider called out sick so the appointment was cancelled (I never received a call). I showed up a second time for this facial, and the door was locked. I waited for 10 minutes and no one opened the door. I decided not to make another appointment. It’s been 3 months and I see no difference in my skin. I was never told that I would need multiple appointments to see any results. I would not recommend this location, very poor customer service.
