Complete waste of money - my skin did not tighten at all

Although the staff was friendly enough - Neogen Plasma was a waste and I regret spending a dime on it. I had my first Neogen treatment in April. I elected for higher intensity as I wanted to be one and done but when I went they said they would do medium and it required I come back in 3 months. I did just that. The first 90 days my skin did not tighten at all. Not one bit! Before and after photos were exactly the same. They said it could take six months and we did the second treatment. Here I am writing the review 7 months later and still soooooo disappointed. No difference at all! None!!! I would never do this again and I have major “buyers regret”. Sounded too good to be true and it was for me. It didn’t remove sun spots, it did not tighten my skin, it did not help over my eyes or under and it didn’t tighten skin on my neck. Look exactly the same.
