Bad Experience

SCAMMERS…. I had a very bad experience with this place. I booked an appointment for neogen treatment costing $3,000, scheduled for a month later on 12/3/2025. Two weeks before the appointment 11/19/2025, I had to cancel due to personal reasons. Later, I was shocked to see that my credit card was charged the full $3,000 for a service I never used. When I contacted them, they told me that as soon as you book an appointment, they automatically charge your credit card, and it doesn’t matter if you cancel. I explained that I canceled ahead of time, but they said it was already booked and they had already taken the money. They refused to issue a full refund and only said they would “talk to finance,” without any guarantee. They also said we can try to convince finance team to refund you a 2500 and you will only owe a 500$.
This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. I do not recommend this place at all. I never experienced something like that to be charged before the purchase
