Visible Scar That Impacts my Life

In 2021, I underwent a face and neck lift with Dr. Konstantin. Unfortunately, the healing process on the left side of my neck did not go as expected and resulted in a permanent visible scar and significant discoloration, which remain with me years later.
After obtaining my medical records, I learned that delayed healing had been documented during my recovery. Despite hoping the area would improve over time, the discoloration and scarring remain visible today.
The reason I chose cosmetic surgery was to improve my appearance and feel more confident. Instead, I am left having to hide and cover this area every day. I regularly wear my hair in a way that conceals my neck because I am uncomfortable with the appearance of the scar and discoloration.
I continue to struggle with this outcome, and it has had a lasting impact on my confidence and quality of life.
I attempted to resolve this matter directly with the clinic before sharing my experience publicly. This review reflects my personal experience and the outcome I continue to live with today.
