I have to say, Dr. Fenner truly deserves the nickname “Michelangelo Fenner.” His work is skilled, precise, and incredibly natural-looking.
I normally do not write reviews, but I felt genuinely motivated to share my experience because of the exceptional care I received from both Dr. Fenner and his entire office.
From the very beginning, I was impressed by how responsive and accessible everyone was. My calls and emails were always answered promptly. The office is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained, and the building itself is elegant, well located, and immediately creates a sense of comfort and confidence. There is also ample parking, which makes appointments much more convenient and stress-free. The receptionists were always friendly, attentive, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
At every visit, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and a consistently positive atmosphere. I was never left waiting, and appointments always felt efficient without ever feeling rushed. Dr. Fenner consistently ended visits by asking, “Do you have any other questions?” which made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.
What I appreciated most was how carefully he listened to my goals and how honest he was about what could realistically be achieved. I never felt pressured into additional procedures. In fact, I valued his conservative and thoughtful approach.
I had two procedures done, and I am extremely happy with both my healing process and my results so far. Dr. Fenner reviewed my outcome and told me I looked “great and natural,” which was exactly what I hoped for. Friends and family have commented on how refreshed and natural I look—many saying they would never know I had surgery.
I also want to highlight nurse practitioners (Anaisa), (Ali) physician assistant, Lily (the surgical care coordinator), Lupe and the all administrative staff who were absolutely terrific. They thoroughly explained everything before and after surgery, making me feel informed, safe, and comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt scared because they guided me step by step through recovery, explained what to expect, and were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance. I attest they worked like a well tuned orquestra.
Dr. Fenner’s surgical skill truly shows in the details, and I feel very confident recommending him. In fact, a friend of mine is already planning a consultation based on my experience.
