do not recommend

I initially saw Dr. Willard years ago for a small procedure. I was very happy with those results. Around 9 months ago, at 33, I went back for a z-plasty of the neck and was incredibly disappointed with the results.
I raised concerns immediately after surgery and at subsequent follow up appointments concerning excess skin/sagging that was still remaining. I was told I was being "a perfectionist" and this was the best that could be done for my issue. That it looked good laying down, so just lay down all the time. That a revision would leave a visible scar, even though one was visible then and now. Now, months later, there is still quite a bit of loose skin left, with a visible scar that wrinkles the remaining skin during certain movements. I am looking at $8000 + for another surgeon to fix.
