From the moment I arrived to Guadalajara, I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely at ease in the city. Guadalajara was welcoming, and the overall experience felt far less intimidating than I had anticipated.
To be transparent, I do speak Spanish, so communication came more naturally to me. I recognize that this may shape my experience differently than someone who does not speak the language. That said, Dr. Nashielli’s office has an English-speaking coordinator who helps guide patients through the entire process. While I did not rely heavily on her, the interactions I had were very positive. She was warm, attentive, and clearly dedicated to making patients feel comfortable and supported.
What stood out most to me, though, was Dr. Nashielli herself. She is incredibly kind, approachable, and honest in a way that immediately builds trust. I had previously undergone liposuction and was unhappy with how things were aging over time, which led me to seek a neck lift. A doctor in the U.S. had recommended a mid face lift, but when I met with Dr. Nashielli, she took the time to carefully explain why she did not believe that approach was right for me. She emphasized achieving a natural result and tailored her recommendations to what would truly benefit me, rather than suggesting more extensive procedures. I really appreciated that she did not try to upsell me. Instead, she provided a thoughtful and ethical perspective, which made me feel confident in moving forward under her care.
Her staff reflected that same level of professionalism and kindness. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and helpful throughout the process. Magda deserves special recognition. She was incredibly sweet, responsive, and easy to communicate with. She made scheduling and follow up feel seamless, which added another layer of reassurance.
In terms of my results, I am very happy with how everything is progressing. I am currently about five months post procedure, so I am still in the healing phase and there is some residual swelling. Even with that, I can see a noticeable improvement and a more refined, natural contour. It is exciting to think about how things will continue to settle as the swelling fully resolves. The results so far feel very much in line with what I was hoping for, which is something subtle, balanced, and natural looking.
