Neck Lift Provided Very Poor Results, Cobra Neck, Several Other Problems

My husband and I had surgeries with Dr Zoran, both yield poor results. Use this review and pictures to evaluate the results. Let me start saying that previous to our procedures, we researched his work in realself.com and the results are NOTHING compared to what we saw, expected or matched the price tag that came with the procedures.
I am not sure if the shortcomings had anything to do with Covid19 and his practice being closed for several weeks and when you reopened the surge of accumulated procedures caused the quality of the work to be completely degraded, but this is not our fault and we ended up paying for poor results. Our loses are not only monetarily but had also caused pain, stress, emotional scaring and even permanent damage.
Work Performed
1. NECK LIFT
a. The results of the neck lift caused several vertical creases that go from the neck area to right below the cheek. These are not just noticeable when she tilts her head down, but they appear under normal movement of the head at various positions.
b. To further demonstrate the problem, in case you might think that the pictures might exaggerate the problem because the head is tilted at a specific angle, my husband took screenshots of a video conversation I had with him without me knowing. This is how my neck looks now, which are the book definition of “bad neck lift surgery”, a simple internet search will show you what people call “cobra neck” for botched procedures.
c. There was a bad indentation on my right cheek after her surgery which he corrected by putting fat grafting, I am including this as part of everything that went wrong with her procedures.
2. LIPOSUCTION KNEES, ANKLES
a. The right calf is narrower at the bottom causing it to look higher than the other one. Dr. Zoran stated that he didn't want to be too "aggressive " with the procedure so he went easy on molding the shape. Regardless of how aggressive he was or not, they should look the same. He said that he can do a "corrective procedure" 1 year later. No thank you, it was already very painful and long recovery.
3. FAT GRAFTS TO NECK LINES
a. This was NOT performed, we already received a refund of $650 for work not performed on 07/25, ONLY after questioning the results and you confirming that the work was not performed but we were CHARGED. I am including this as part of everything that went wrong with the procedures.
In addition to this my husband had a cheek implant surgery that left permanent damage to his face and made him go through months of emotional and physical pain until he got his implant removed.
Surgeries have risks, we fully understand that, but 3 out of 3 procedures yielding bad results? Procedures that were charged and not performed? Coming back to get things "fixed"? Once again, if you are going to use Dr Zoran, look at the pictures and make the decision yourself. They say "a picture is worth a thousand words"
