Necklift/Lower Face Lift with fat grafting lower eyes cheeks 62 Year-old

Booked my neck lift lower face lift I took fat transfer surgery for the beginning of October. So excited and ready. 62 have lost the bottom of 140 pounds between age and the weight loss. My face is just sagging. I don’t want anything extreme. Just want to look like me and I think Dr. Garcia will be able to get that back to me. had my consultation, nice office, very attentive patient consultant and the doctor were both very open and informative and made me feel totally at ease.

These were hard to look at I knew what I look like in the mirror but to see myself up close. Pre-surgerypictures are not the most flattering. Little over a month to surgery excited nervous. I looked at my initial post and saw it didn’t make much sense so I’m having a lower face lift and neck lift as well as an eye duct fat transfer to my cheeks to replace the lost volume

Dr Garcia and staff have been great. Surgery was about 2.5 hours I was told later. I woke up was driven to a local hotel by the nurse that was going to stay with me and care for me. She made sure I had my food my meds and was comfortable. The wrapping around the neck got a little tight and she helped me by cutting some of it away. That's when I got a peek at my results. I was hella bruised but that was expected, but I could see the difference right away
