My Neck Was Heavy, Dr. Yilmaz Removed Glands and Lifted Everything
im 58 and had deep facelift, neck lift and eyelids (upper and lower). the main issue for me was my heavy neck and sagging jaw. dr yilmaz explained that part of the bulk was salivary glands and he removed them during surgery. the result? lighter, slimmer neck and better contour. also my eyes look open again. we planned everything on Google Meet and then in person before surgery. what i really liked is he doesnt rush. he takes time and answers questions. and my recovery was smooth, no big pain. team was top notch.
