If You Value Your Health, Avoid This Place
Very disappointing experience. I went in seeking wellness support and was upsold into multiple expensive laser treatments that were advertised as helpful for weight loss. I later learned they weren’t FDA-approved for that purpose and should not have been recommended to me based on my medical history — which no one asked about.
I had multiple procedures in one visit and ended up with side effects that took months to resolve. There was no medical screening, no informed consent, and the staff member who treated me was not medically qualified. They also took photos of me face down, my whole backside to the camera mid-treatment (it was not a before and after photo) with no explanation why or what for. Multiple things went wrong.. I left with many lingering issues I never had before coming here. After I voiced concerns, the business became defensive instead of helpful, and I was denied a refund for unused services. Had to follow up with multiple authorities for justice and retribution.
Be cautious — this place operates more like a high-pressure sales business than a safe, ethical medical spa.
