Great Surgery, Great Aftercare - Dr. Nashielli is the BEST!!

I highly recommend my surgeon, Dr. Nashielli. She does exceptional work, her credentials are impressive, and she is professional, ethical, deeply caring, and empathetic. I trust her completely and would not hesitate to use her services again.

I did extensive research before choosing a surgeon for my neck lift and facelift. Out of the 9 highly qualified doctors I consulted with, I found her to be exceptional and she gained my trust very quickly. She explained the procedures and options thoroughly and even drew illustrations to help clarify concepts. (Her desk is very cool — it lights up from underneath so she can draw on it. I always understand visuals much better than hearing information.)

She listened intently to my wants and needs and was very open in showing me what could be achieved (which was exactly what I wanted!). In fact, she talked me out of one procedure because she felt I didn’t need it — what a pleasant surprise! And, post surgery, I can see that she was absolutely right.

The surgery went extremely well. She is meticulous and has a real talent for detail. Her work is amazing and I especially admire her tiny, perfect stitches.

Through no fault of Dr. Nashielli or her excellent surgical team, I developed a rare complication after surgery. A patch of skin behind my ears became necrotic. Dr. Nashielli noticed immediately that the skin colour looked “off,” monitored the situation very closely, and quickly arranged a consultation with a wound care specialist, Dr. Rudolfo (also an incredible doctor with great skills and a good sense of humour!). They debrided the necrotic tissue and used collagen to create a matrix for new skin growth.

Once everything was healing nicely, I was cleared to return home. The doctors provided all the supplies I needed to continue treatment and even recorded a video of the packing and bandaging procedure so my husband would have clear, easy-to-follow instructions.

It has now been almost six weeks since my surgery, and I am extremely pleased with the results so far. My neck and jawline are exactly what I hoped for, my face looks great, and everything looks very natural.

I am still in contact with Dr. Nashielli every few days as she continues to monitor my healing and ensure everything is progressing as planned. I knew she was recognized for her aftercare as well as her surgical skill, but she has surpassed every expectation!

I also want to mention Marianna, her travel coordinator for patients coming from outside Mexico. She answered all of my questions, made sure I felt comfortable with the information provided, and helped me select the recovery house best suited to my needs. (I chose Rest and Recovery, Guadalajara.)

The other team member who absolutely deserves recognition and thanks is Dr. Nashielli’s assistant, Magda. She is wonderful — highly competent and professional, but also incredibly empathetic, calm and caring. Like Dr. Nashielli, she made me feel completely safe and well cared for throughout the entire process.

Someone once mentioned to me that while they loved Dr. Nashielli’s credentials and reviews, they were concerned that she didn’t have a larger social media presence. I was happy to explain that she is so deeply involved in timely and responsive patient care and follow-up that I imagine that hse doesn't have a lot of time for social media. I encouraged them to choose her as their surgeon and experience firsthand what a talented surgeon she is and how attentive she is with her patients. She's the best!!
