From beginning to end, coupled with preoperative discussions and post operative appointments and therapies, no question was left unanswered. Every step of the way, my questions and concerns were handled in a timely manner and with careful thought. Every staff member was exceptional. In my case, I had some post-surgical complications. When the doctor became aware of my complications, he personally contacted me immediately, to discuss next steps toward resolution. In addition, he made the time on his calendar to resolve my complications, immediately.
