Before and after- I tried to upload on the previous post. This is before and after. I’m a few months out and very happy. Even in this after picture I’m a bit swollen and it’s getting better daily.

How old are you? I have a similar neck (genetics) and am 34. I saw facetite is being used for younger people but not sure if I should go for surgery or try facetite first. I have a fat pocket there and would need some lipo.
Hi! I'm 38. I had lipo first and honestly it made it worse. It made it kinda lumpy so he had to fix the scar tissue.
That is what I am concerned about! I dont think I could be medically cleared for a neck lift so am trying to find less invasive ways to deal with it.
Is this a lower neck and face? Or deep plane? Looks good from the few photos.

Pretty much none. They're behind the ear but I've always scared very well so they're gone
Wow! The photos seem to show your entire lower jaw being advanced, lower lip in a more forward position etc. Are you saying there was no jaw surgery/MMA involved? Never seen anything like this from just a neck lift! Looks amazing.
I don't know what MMA is. Definitely no jaw surgery just the mini neck lift - tightening the muscle under the chin and pulling from behind the ear, no skin removal. I took these pics myself so the angle isn't exactly the same. I'll share in office photos when I go back.

Finally a surgery I'm SO happy with!

I'm almost 3 months out from my neck lift with Dr Brandon and still, multiple times a day I look in the mirror and think "wow". Every night when brushing my teeth I look in the mirror and I have this OMG feeling like "I actually have a jawline!!!" I have hated my side profile as long as I can remember. I've also gone through a series of botched surgeries (not neck related) so I was nervous but really wanted to get this done. I did interview a doctor in Beverly Hills, who was going to change 4x what Dr. Brandons work cost, and honestly I don't see how anything could be improved upon! I found Dr. Brandon from someone else's online review actually. He is very down to earth, approachable and kind. Recovery was easy. A strange tight feeling for a few weeks but not very painful. I'm so thrilled with the result. I finally have a jawline after years of wanting this!!! Thank you Dr. Brandon!!!

This is exactly what I'm interested in doing! You look great! How much was this procedure?
I want to say $12k but I also had fat grafting g to my pre jowl area, it was all hollow. Literally doctor Talei quoted me $40k for the same surgery. I feel this was a great result and great price.
